well edison finally granted me an extension until the end of the month. my lights will stay on and the refridgerator will stay cold. i hope everyone else gets as blessed as i did......good luck to all and even if there are no presents under the tree just remember atleast you have family and someone to love you back...god bless.....
I am a single mother of 4. one child being just a year old. i have worked as a food server for over a year and lost my job last week. i have no money at all and the welfare department goes by last months income so they wot help until next month. i get child support so i do get enough to put some food on the table, however i cant pay our bills. my electric and water are due to be shut off on monday and they wont grant me anymore time at all. i have been struggling with this bill for over a year and just cant get it paid down and now cant pay at all. I owe them 299.00 and they said after that i can make arrangements to pay the rest due, but i have to atleast pay that amount and it was due a yesterday by 5. the lady said they wont shut off on the weekend so it will probably happen on monday. we will not have heat, a refridgerator, or lights in my home and my baby already has a cold. can anyone tell me what i can do?? can anyone help us and i will be able to return the favor as soon as i find a new job..please help us.........the water is due to be shut of as well ( 125.00 ) but i can live without water for a bit just not heat and food.........i have no family and no contact with my childrens father..i have tried to get help from liheap but they said it takes a few weeks to get approved and for them to make a payment for you..........please help us.....thank you......i am a good person, i spend all of my free time doing good things for unfortunate people.....a young boys last wish last year was to recieve as many christmas cards as possible so i took cards to the local churches and schools and had poeple fill them out, i sent over 6400 cards to him ( kyle ) he passed before they arrived. i also run a small dog rescue ( i have 6 now at one point i had 13 ) i try so hard to be helpful in the community and now whe i need help i cant find it..................please help us...
